1942 born in Dubrovsko, Montenegro, where he acquired elementary schooling. 1961 completed gymnasium in Niksic, Montenegro. 1966 graduated Mechanical Engineering at the University of Beograd. Till 1980 worked as an engineer and production manager in the Ball Bearing Factory, IKL in Beograd. 1980 – 85 worked as a marketing and sale representative of Yugoslav bearing manufacturers in NYC. 1985 – 91 worked as a Development and Marketing Manager at IKL Ball Bearing Factory in Beograd. 1991 and on worked in NYC as the president of IKL-GBC Corporation, (a 50:50% Yugoslav-American joint venture company) founded by IKL, Beograd and General Bearing Corporation, New York. 1992 lost his position and job in IKL-GBC Corporation when being blockaded by the sanctions of the United Nation imposed on Yugoslavia. 1992 founded Montamer Corporation, a private, family owned company. 2008 after retiring, moved from NYC for permanently living with the family in Miami, FL.
Besides general and professional knowledge acquired in a very recognized educational system in former Yugoslavia the prevailing factor in achieving a successful carrier was a knowledge of English, French and Russian which enormously contributed to a very successful promotion and sales of Yugoslav bearings and tools at the markets of Europe, America and Canada.
While living and working in Yugoslavia and America and visiting numerous places all over the world passionately made notes about interesting encounters and events in which participated or learned from others, converted them in two dozen of stories some published in literature reviews in Serbia and Montenegro and many in social networks of Serbian diaspora and 2016 printed in a book HOW I MANAGED IN AMERICA.
1992 – 97 presided to the Board of presidents of Montenegrin immigrant associations in America in NYC, Chicago, Cleveland, Florida, Los Angeles and in Canada in Montreal and Toronto.
Throughout whole life in America got noticeably engaged in immigrant communities in America on, like bringing from Yugoslavia very known authors, actors and performers including Matija Beckovic, Milka Stojanovic, Zivan Saramandic, Zivko Nikolic, Petar Bozovic, Vesna Pecanac, Mima Karadzic, or organizing and participating in manifestations of support to the people of Serbia, Kosovo, Montengro, BiH during the unrests there in the nineties.
